Warranty & Maintenance
Warranty and maintenance services from Kentrox assures optimal value for the life of your products.
Standard Warranty
Kentrox warrants all products to be free from defects
in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period of one year
from the date of shipment. Any product that fails to meet our specifications within
one year of shipment will be repaired, replaced or credit will be issued at AI's

Kentrox CrossPath and W1100 Standard Warranty
Kentrox warrants its products to be free from substantial defects in
materials and workmanship and will reasonably conform to applicable specifications and drawings,
each subject to normal use and service. For a complete warranty description, read the Kentrox

Product Technical Support
Technical assistance is available for the current and one previous
major release of an active product as well as the final release of discontinued
products. Customers with an active AI extended support services agreement will receive
priority technical support at no additional charge. For a complete list of currently-supported
