These courses are designed for those who setup, maintain and troubleshoot Kentrox and AI products. Designers, planners, project management and supervisory personnel will also benefit from these classes.

Kentrox Courses

AIremote

This instructor-led, four day course is a hands-on class that covers how to configure internal controllers, interfaces and assign IP addresses using command line interface (CLI)commands. The class will cover typical alarm table entries related to system alarms, discrete (inputs/outputs) and mediation connections. How to diagnose actions, events, responses and mediation connections will also be covered. Students will gain hands-on experience configuring and running jobs for script packages.

AIscout
	This three day, hands-on course includes a product overview, description of features and typical product applications of AIscout. It will look at typical configurations of AIscout for mediation and concentration between multiple protocols, including asynchronous, synchronous, X.25,BX.25 and TCP/IP. The participant will be introduced to discrete alarms and how they work within the AIscout product.

AppliedView NMS

An introductory, instructor-led course for AppliedView users, this three day class provides a high level overview for AIswitch administrators and network managers. It covers network management, navigating and configuring AIswitches, Series 180 administration, and also gives an HP Open View® review and introduction to AppliedView. Seventy-five percent of class time is spent interacting with AppliedView using hands-on lab exercises. Students work together in teams to configure and/or monitor an AIswitch from within AppliedView.

	A hands-on comprehensive course designed to address the specific needs of the customer and their network.
